  • Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2026

All events will run from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Prospective candidates are encouraged to attend to learn more about open positions, meet current staff and leadership, and, in many cases, interview on the spot. Registering in advance is encouraged, but not required. RSVP by completing this brief digital form.

"This is a rare opportunity to help shape the culture of a brand-new YMCA," said Cheryl Tuturice, District Executive Director at West Essex YMCA. "We're looking for people who are passionate about youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, and who want to be part of building something meaningful for the Greater Livingston community from the ground up."

The new West Essex YMCA will offer state-of-the-art amenities and programming for members of all ages, and the organization is building a team rooted in the Y's mission-driven values. Open positions offer flexible schedules, growth opportunities, a supportive team culture, and a total compensation package designed to reflect the value employees bring to the organization and community.

Interested candidates can attend any of the upcoming hiring events or apply directly online at metroymcas.org/jobs.
